Clinics on the Conceptual Health® platform may store and manage pediatric patient records of any age. The parent or legal guardian acts as HIPAA personal representative for the minor's PHI. The record binds to a Family-Linked DataVault until the patient reaches the state's age of majority — then ownership transfers automatically to the now-adult patient.
