Emotional Resilience

Stress response, mood, regulation.

U.S. Patent Pending 63/921,717

What we measure.

Stress response, mood regulation, trauma-informed practice, contemplative therapeutics.

Why it matters.

Resilience is not the absence of difficulty. It is the speed of return to baseline after difficulty. ER is the axis we measure to know how fast your body forgives.

How it feeds the equation.

CH = (S × Sp)C × (T + E)p × (ER × RS)C/3

ER contributes to the (ER × RS)^(C/3) block, weighting the relational and emotional ground of the equation.
